Fred Silvestri, MD, FACS
Dr. Silvestri is a Board Certified Surgeon and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS), with a distinguished background in surgical practice. After graduating from the State University of New York at Downstate in 1983, he completed his General Surgery Residency, followed by Critical Care and Vascular Fellowships. He practiced for over 20 years before shifting his focus to cosmetic surgery. Now specializing in minimally invasive liposuction and body sculpting at Perizia Aesthetics, Dr. Silvestri is dedicated to helping patients achieve their ideal bodies. He holds an active Florida medical license and is committed to delivering exceptional results.
Neil C Goodman, MD, PC, Ph.D., FACOG, FAACS
Dr. Goodman specializes in SMART LASER LIPOSUCTION, Brazilian Butt Lifts, and fat and cellulite reduction. Renowned as a leading body sculpting artist, he has performed over 4,000 procedures and trains other doctors in advanced techniques. His consultations are free and comprehensive, allowing you to explore your aesthetic goals. You'll view numerous before-and-after photos tailored to your unique physique, igniting a sense of possibility for your transformation into the figure you've always desired.

Kelly Cheek, DNP, APRN, FNP-C
Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
Kelly Cheek is a Nurse Practitioner at Perizia Aesthetics who practices closely with Dr Goodman and Dr Silvestri. She obtained her nursing degree from Eastern Florida State University in 2005 and spent 13 years working as a critical care RN before obtaining her Master of Science in Nursing as well as her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2018. She is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and is licensed in the state of Florida. As an APRN, she continued in critical care and specialized in Pulmonology before shifting her focus to cosmetic surgery and aesthetics. She began working with Dr. Goodman and Dr Silvestri in 2020 and is involved in the entire continuum of care for patients both in the office as well as in the operating room, where she assists in many of the surgical procedures. Additionally, Kelly manages the medical weight loss program at Perizia Aesthetics.
Kelly is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Obesity Medicine Association and was inducted into the International Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau.
